- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Crème de cassis
- Blackberries
- Wedge of Lemon

Instructions
Fill an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice, packing it in tightly.
Add the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup and stir briefly.
Slowly drizzle over the crème de cassis so that it creates a bleeding effect down through the drink.
Top with more crushed ice and garnish with blackberries and a lemon wedge.
