Ingredients
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 30ml Brandy
- 30ml Crème de cacao
- 30ml Double cream
- Freshly grated Nutmeg

Instructions
Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the brandy, crème de cacao and cream and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle over the grated nutmeg to decorate.
