Ingredients
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 60ml Brandy
- 30ml Orange juice
- 30ml Lemon juice
- Dash of Grenadine
- Champagne

Instructions
Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the brandy, orange juice, lemon juice and grenadine and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Strain into a chilled wine glass and top up with champagne.
