Ingredients
- 60 ml Hazelnut syrup
- 60 ml Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Grenadine
- Sparkling water

Instructions
Put 4 - 6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the hazelnut syrup, lemon juice, and grenadine and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Half fill a tumbler with cracked ice and strain the cocktail over.
Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
