- 1 Raisin
- 15ml Crème de cassis
- 5ml Vodka
- Sparkling wine

Instructions
Soak the raisin in vodka
Put the raisin in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
Pour in the crème de cassis and vodka.
Fill the glass with sparkling wine.
