Ingredients
- 6 leaves of Mint
- 37.5 ml Gin
- 6.25 ml Grenadine
- 6.25 ml Blue curaçao
- 37.5 ml Lychee juice
- Sprig of Mint

Instructions
Muddle mint leaves with gin in base of shaker.
Add the other liquid ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
