Instructions

Heat 240 ml Midori with 3 sheets gelatin until dissolved.

Cool the mixture and add the remaining Midori.

For each drink, pour 45 ml into a cordial glass and leave for 20 minutes in the freezer.

Blend 240ml of watermelon juice with the simple syrup and 5 sheets gelatin.

Heat until dissolved.

Cool and add the remaining watermelon juice and vodka.

Pour 45 ml to fill each glass.

Dried currants soaked in crème de cassis can be added before it sets.

Serve.
