Instructions

Mix 5ml green crème de menthe with the water. Pour into an ice tray and freeze.

Stir 30 ml white crème de menthe and apple or pear schnapps over ice until well-frosted.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass and add the mint ice cubes. Drink when the ice cubes begin to melt.
