Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 60ml Vodka
- 30ml Lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Wedge of Lime

Instructions
Put 4-6 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour the vodka and lime juice over the ice cubes and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Half fill a chilled glass with cracked ice and strain over the cocktail.
Top up with ginger beer and decorate with the lime wedge.
