Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Caster sugar
- Pinch of ground Cinnamon
- Wedge of Lemon
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 30ml Vodka
- 30ml Pear brandy

Instructions
Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a saucer.
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lemon wedge.
Dip into the sugar and cinnamon mixture to coat.
Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and pour in the vodka and pear brandy. Shake well and strain into the glass.
