Ingredients
- 180ml Irish Mist
- 450g Raspberries
- 55g Crushed Ice cubes
- 4 Bottles Sparkling wine
- 24 Raspberries

Instructions
Blend the Irish Mist and raspberries in a blender with the crushed ice.
When lightly frozen, strain between chilled champagne glasses and top up with wine.
Top each glass with a raspberry.
