Ingredients
- 90 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Peach purée
- Dash of Peach liqueur
- Champagne
- Wedge of Peach
- 2 Pineapple leaves

Instructions
Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top up with champagne.
Garnish with a peach wedge and two neat pineapple leaves.
