Ingredients
- 30ml Gin
- 60ml Apricot nectar
- 30ml Single cream
- Ice cubes
- 15ml Strawberry syrup
- Slices of Strawberries
- Slices of Peach

Instructions
Put the gin, apricot nectar and cream into a blender and blend for 5-10 seconds until thick and frothy.
Pour into a long glass filled with crushed ice.
Splash the strawberry syrup on the top and decorate with the strawberry and peach slices.
