Ingredients
- 45 ml Amaretto
- Sugar
- Coffee
- 15-30 ml Double cream

Instructions
Put the amaretto into a warmed heatproof glass and add sugar to taste. Pour in the coffee and stir.
When the sugar has completely dissolved, pour in the cream very slowly over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top. Don't stir - drink the coffee through the cream.
