Ingredients
- 30ml White rum
- 30ml Amaretto
- 15ml Blue curaçao
- 15ml Pineapple juice
- Soda water

Instructions
Put the crushed ice into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the white rum, amaretto, blue curaçao and pineapple juice and shake well.
Strain into a tall, chilled glass and top up with soda water.
