Ingredients
- Wedge of Lemon
- Caster sugar
- 30ml Peach juice
- 90ml Champagne

Instructions
Rub the rim of a chilled champagne flute with the lemon wedge.
Put the sugar in a saucer, then dip the rim of the flute in it.
Pour the peach juice into the flute.
Top up with the champagne.
