Ingredients
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 60ml Blended whiskey
- 5ml Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Slice of Lemon
- Cocktail cherries

Instructions
Crack the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the lemon juice, whiskey and sugar syrup.
Add the egg white.
Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and decorate with the lemon slice and a cocktail cherry.
