Ingredients
- 60 ml White rum
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 30 ml Simple syrup
- 15 ml Egg white
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Wedge of Lime

Instructions
Add all the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice for 10 seconds.
Take the shaker apart and add cube ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with cubed ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
