Ingredients
- 5ml Simple syrup
- 6-8 Leaves Mint
- 15ml Lime juice
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 60ml Jamaican rum
- Soda water
- Dash of Angostura Bitters

Instructions
Put the sugar syrup, mint leaves and lime juice into a lowball glass.
Muddle the mint leaves, then crack ice cubes into the glass and add the rum.
Top up with soda water.
Finish with the Angostura bitters and decorate with the remaining mint leaves.
