Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 60ml Vodka
- 20ml Elderflower cordial
- 90ml Cranberry juice
- Soda water
- Slice and peel of Lime

Instructions
Crack 4-6 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the vodka, elderflower cordial and cranberry juice and shake until well frosted.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with cracked ice.
Top up with soda water and decorate with the lime slice and peel.
