Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 60 ml Apple juice
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Elderflower cordial
- Soda water
- Slices of Cucumber
- Slices of Lemon

Instructions
Add all the liquid ingredients except the soda water to your cocktail shaker and shake briefly.
Strain the contents into a highball glass filled with cubed ice, top up with the soda water, and garnish with slices of cucumber and lemon.
