Ingredients
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 90ml Gin
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Grenadine
- 5ml Simple syrup
- Soda water
- Wedge of Orange

Instructions
Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the gin, lemon juice, grenadine and sugar syrup and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled highball glass.
Top up with soda water, stir gently and decorate with the orange wedge.
