Ingredients
- 30ml Triple sec
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Orange juice
- 1 Egg white
- Dash of Maraschino liqueur
- Ice cubes
- Champagne

Instructions
Shake the triple sec, lemon juice, orange juice, egg white and maraschino liqueur vigorously over cracked ice until well frosted.
Strain into a chilled wine glass and top up with chilled champagne.
