Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml Elderflower cordial
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- Soda water
- Slice of Lemon

Instructions
Add the gin, elderflower cordial and lemon juice to a tall ice-filled glass.
Add the soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
