Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Fino sherry
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 30 ml Orange juice
- Tonic water
- Wedge of Lemon

Instructions
Add all the liquid ingredients except the tonic water to a cocktail shaker.
Shake and then pour into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
Top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
