Ingredients
- Quarter slice Pineapple
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Vodka
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- Champagne

Instructions
Chop up the pineapple.
Put the pineapple into a mixing glass or jug.
Crush the pineapple and add the Cointreau, vodka and pineapple juice. Stir well.
Strain into a glass and top up with champagne.
