Ingredients
- 4-6 Crushed Ice cubes
- 60ml White rum
- 30ml Dark rum
- 90ml Pineapple juice
- 60ml Coconut cream
- Cocktail cherries
- Wedge of Pineapple

Instructions
Put the crushed ice cubes in a blender. Pour over the white rum, dark rum and pineapple juice.
Add the coconut cream to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour, without straining, into a chilled glass.
Decorate with the cocktail cherry and pineapple wedge.
