Ingredients
- 30 ml Lime cordial
- Ginger beer
- Wedge of Lime
- Sprig of Mint

Instructions
Fill a chilled glass two-thirds full with ice and pour in the lime cordial.
Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
Decorate with the lime wedge and the mint sprig.
