Ingredients
- 60ml Vodka
- 15ml Coconut cream
- 60ml Pineapple juice
- 4-6 Crushed Ice cubes
- Slice of Pineapple

Instructions
Put the vodka, coconut cream, pineapple juice and crushed ice in a blender.
Blend for a few seconds until frothy.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with a slice of pineapple.
