Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 Passionfruit
- 30ml Orange curaçao
- Champagne
- Slice of Star fruit

Instructions
Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Scoop out the passion fruit flesh into the shaker.
Add the curaçao and shake until frosted.
Strain into a chilled champagne flute, top up with champagne and decorate with the star fruit slice.
