Ingredients
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 15ml Gin
- 10ml Lemon juice
- Champagne
- 10ml Crème de menthe
- Sprig of Mint

Instructions
Put the ice into a mixing glass, pour over the gin and lemon juice.
Stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top up with champagne.
Drizzle the crème de menthe over the top and decorate with the mint sprig.
