Ingredients
- 45 ml Gin
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Peach liqueur
- 15 ml Egg white

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry shake without ice for 10 seconds.
Take the shaker apart, add cubed ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.
