Ingredients
- 350ml Sparkling wine
- 60ml Crème de cassis
- 30ml Brandy
- Crushed Ice cubes
- Blackberries

Instructions
Blend half the wine in a blender with the cassis, brandy and ice until really cold and frosted.
Slowly whisk in a little more wine and pour into tall glasses.
Decorate with the blackberries.
