Ingredients
- Grenadine
- Sugar
- 30ml Pear liqueur
- 15ml Triple sec
- 60ml Grapefruit juice
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling wine

Instructions
Dip the rim of a wine glass first into some grenadine and then into some sugar.
Pour the pear liqueur, triple sec and juice into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain carefully into the chilled glass.
Top up with sparkling wine.
