Instructions
Mix the sugar and salt in a saucer. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the lime wedge and dip into the sugar and salt mixture to coat.
Fill the glass with cracked ice cubes and pour over the vodka.
Top up with the grapefruit juice and stir.
