Ingredients
- 15ml Bourbon
- 10ml Triple sec
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 Dashes Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
- Sparkling wine
- Twist of Orange

Instructions
Pour the bourbon and triple sec into a chilled champagne flute.
Add the bitters.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Decorate the glass with the orange twist.
