Ingredients
- 30ml Tequila blanco (silver)
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Sparkling wine

Instructions
Put the tequila into a chilled glass.
Add the lemon juice.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Cover the glass with your hand and slam to mix.
