Ingredients
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- 60ml Espresso
- 30ml Vodka
- 2 Teaspoons Caster sugar
- 30ml Amarula

Instructions
Put the cracked ice into a cocktail shaker.
Pour in the coffee and vodka, add the sugar and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Float the Amarula on top.
