Ingredients
- A few Raspberries
- 15ml Single cream
- 30ml Framboise
- Crushed Ice cubes
- Champagne

Instructions
Set aside 2 unbruised raspberries. blend the remainder with the cream, framboise and a little ice in a blender until frosted and slushy.
Pour into chilled glasses and top up with champagne.
Float a raspberry on top.
