Ingredients
- 60 ml Cognac
- 30 ml Calvados
- 15 ml Sweet vermouth
- Twist of Lemon

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass and fill with cubed ice.
Stir for 30 seconds, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
