Ingredients
- 60 ml Cognac
- 30 ml Sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 30 ml Soda water
- Twist of Orange

Instructions
Add all the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mixing glass and fill with cubed ice.
Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Top with the soda water and garnish with an orange twist.
