Ingredients
- 1 Cube Sugar
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 30ml Brandy
- Champagne

Instructions
Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
Add the Angostura bitters and the brandy.
Top up with champagne.
