Hot Brandy Chocolate

Instructions

Heat the milk in a small pan to just below boiling point.

Add the chocolate and sugar and stir over a low heat until the chocolate has melted.

Pour into four warmed heatproof glasses, then pour 30ml of the brandy over the back of a spoon on top of each.

Add the whipped cream and sprinkle over the grated nutmeg.
