Ingredients
- 30ml Cherry brandy
- 60ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Kirsch
- 1 Egg white
- Crushed Ice cubes
- Cocktail cherries

Instructions
Shake the cherry brandy, pineapple juice, kirsch and egg white well over ice until frosted.
Pour into a chilled tall thin glass and top with a frozen cocktail cherry.
