Ingredients
- 60 ml Orange juice
- Icing sugar
- Squeeze of Lime juice
- A few drops of Angostura Bitters
- 90 ml Sparkling water

Instructions
Rub the rim of a champagne flute with orange or lime juice and dip into the icing sugar.
Stir the rest of the juices together with the bitters and then pour into the glass.
Add sparkling water to taste and serve.
