Ingredients
- 4-6 Crushed Ice cubes
- Chopped half Peach
- 60ml White rum
- 30ml Lime juice
- 5ml Simple syrup
- Slice of Peach

Instructions
Put the crushed ice and the peach into a blender.
Add the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup and blend until slushy.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Decorate with the peach slice.
