Ingredients
- 60 ml Cognac
- 15 ml Peach liqueur
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 6-8 leaves of Mint
- Sprig of Mint

Instructions
Add all the liquid ingredients to an old-fashioned glass and stir.
Fill with crushed ice and churn for 10 seconds.
Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
