Instructions

Chop the pineapple, removing the skin if you like, and place the segments into a large punch bowl.

Fill the bowl with cubed ice.

Carefully pour in the Cognac, Curaçao, and sparkling wine.

Stir well and garnish with slices of orange and lemon and pineapple leaves.

Serve in wine glasses.
