Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk
- 50 ml Single cream
- 15 ml Brown sugar
- 30 ml Cocoa powder
- 15 ml Coffee syrup
- Whipped cream
- Grated Chocolate

Instructions
Put the milk, cream, and sugar into a food processor or blender and process gently until combined.
Add the cocoa powder and coffee syrup and process well.
Add 6 ice cubes and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into glasses and top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
