Ingredients
- 60 ml Golden rum
- 30 ml Galliano
- 60 ml Pineapple juice
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup
- Pineapple shell
- Champagne
- Slice of Lime
- Slice of Lemon
- Maraschino cherry

Instructions
Put cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Pour over the rum, Galliano, pineapple juice, lime juice, and sugar syrup and shake vigorously until well frosted.
Strain into the pineapple shell.
Top up with champagne and decorate with the lime and lemon slices and cocktail cherries.
